Great apartment!
Spacious, very well equipped apartment in great location. Supermarkets and cafes on doorstep. Walkable to most places that we wanted to visit and metro literally just outside the door! We were a family group ageing from 24-63 and all enjoyed our stay in the apartment . Communication with our host was easy and efficient. Would recommend.
Quiet overnight but as this is a residential block it was noisy ( metal shutters going up, doors banging, noise in stairwell) when other residents left their apartments early in the morning.

Highly recomended, extremely happy with the service, facilities and our stay at the apartment.
Easy pre arrival communication and Maria was very nice, greeted us upon arrival, gave us the apartment keys and explain about the apartment, area/parking/driving restriction rules. The apartment was clean, safe & comfortable and has everything we needed, more than enough for 5 people. We able to walk to the city center and most attractions, restaurants, shopping within a few minutes. A few supermarkets just 2 minutes away as well as paid parking. The kitchen has everything we needed. Small but very helpful elevator. The metro station is just opposite of the apartment, easy connection thoughout Madrid.
Can't think of anything except there were people kept ringing the door bell in the evening and asking to open the autodoor of the apartment building entrance saying they were delivery people, which we ignored but they kept ringing the bell.
